The GrowthSpace personalized talent development platform has secured a $15 million Series A investment round, the company announced Wednesday.

The financing was co-led by M12, Microsoft's venture fund, and Vertex Ventures and brings GrowthSpace's total amount raised to $19 million.
GrowthSpace provides an algorithm-powered system backed by real-world skill mapping that matches employees and experts. The platform also delivers digital training, coaching and mentoring, as well as lectures and workshops, to any location.
