Reuven Adler, one of the most prominent media and political strategists in Israel, dies Tuesday at the age 78. The cause of death has yet to be released.
Adler was the founding partner of Adler Chomski & Warshavsky media consulting company - which for the majority of the 1990s and early 2000s was the largest firm in Israel.

Widely considered one of the most influential figures in the Israeli political arena in the early 2000s, Adler worked alongside senior Israeli public figures, including the late Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and President Isaac Herzog. He also advised former PM Ehud Olmert and former Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni when they headed the Kadima party.
Upon learning of Adler's death, Opposition Leader Benjamin Netanyahu tweeted, "Reuven and I worked together in the 1996 election campaign and I was deeply impressed by his professionalism and the unique sense of humor that always accompanied him. I send my condolences to his family. May his memory be blessed."
