The first evacuation-reconstruction project in Givat Olga has been launched: the Oron Group has announced a plan to demolish three buildings on HaGdud HaIvri Street that include 36 housing units and replace them with two towers of 32 and 24 stories that will include 274 units.

Marketing of the new housing units began this week. Three-room apartments in the project will be offered at NIS 1.5 million; 4.5-room apartments will be offered for NIS 1.8 million; 5-room apartments will begin at NIS 2,036,000; and six-room apartments will begin at NIS 2,142,000.

The project will also include four penthouse apartments with six rooms each, to be marketed at NIS 4 million.

"We expect the Givat Olga renewal project in Hadera to be a true gem for those wishing to live near the beach, in an area with a wonderful view yet still at a reasonable distance from the center and its employment opportunities," says Ofir Sharon, director of marketing at Oron.

"This is an early bird in an area expected to be entirely renewed and become a true real estate pearl. The current prices of the first project in the neighborhood will not be available again, and I expect that the first apartments will be sold very quickly."
