Sharing a local lake, the birds flew and swam around in a breathtaking dance that was even joined by storks.
The Agamon Hula is one of the most important moist habitats in Israel, as it lies along a bird migration route.
It is a vital stopover point for pelicans migrating between Africa and Europe, both because it offers a rich variety of foods to many species and provides a much-needed haven for the birds on the long journey.
