The Israeli telecommunications equipment manufacturer Telrad Networks is sold to Liquid Intelligent Technologies telecom group for 199 million shekels, a value higher than its market cap before the deal was reported – NIS 157 million – but less than its post-money valuation in its IPO in 2017, which was NIS 340 million, according to Globes.

Founded in 1951, Telrad Networks is a global provider of innovative end-to-end wireless telecom solutions with a primary customer base consisting of wired and wireless ISPs, municipalities, public and private enterprises.
Liquid Intelligent Technologies, founded in 2005, is active in telecommunications, data centers, cyber, and cloud services in fifteen countries in Africa, mainly sub-Saharan Africa, according to Globes.
The deal is subject to the approval of most of Telrad's shareholders and estimated to be completed within a few months.
