Apple is expanding its operations in Israel, including establishing a development center in Jerusalem. This will be the third location in Israel for the US technology giant after Herzliya and Haifa.

According to a report by the Israeli business daily Globes, citing a post on LinkedIn, its new office will focus on hardware and Mac chip development.
Apple currently employs approximately 2,000 people in Israel. It was also recently revealed that it employs 60 people at a Palestinian development center in Ramallah.
Last year, the California-based company started making its own chips after previously using Intel.
