The first print edition was published on July 30, 2007, and in 2010 Israel Hayom became the Israeli newspaper with the highest weekday readership. The newspaper’s publisher is Dr. Miriam Adelson. Its Editor-in-Chief is Omar Lachmanovitch, and its founding editor is Amos Regev.
Israel Hayom’s Hebrew and English websites, as well as its Android and iOS applications, provide around-the-clock news coverage, exclusive content, breaking news and updates, analysis and commentary, video, podcasts, and live broadcasts.
The digital platforms of Israel Hayom include news and opinion channels covering culture and entertainment, lifestyle, technology, sports, business and consumer affairs, health, military affairs, food, Judaism, tourism, and automobiles.

Shots fired at Trump rally; former president whisked away bleeding
The former president was surrounded by security guards and quickly escorted from the scene, bleeding from his right ear. The Secret Service stated that "Trump is in a safe location, and an investigation has been initiated."

Trump was injured in the incident but remained standing. In a video, the former president is seen bleeding from his right ear. Shortly afterward, his security team escorted him away from the area, fearing an assassination attempt on his life.

After the former president was escorted away from the scene, the Secret Service announced that Trump is in a safe location and an investigation into the shooting has been initiated.

"This is now an active Secret Service investigation and further information will be released when available," the Secret Service said in a post on X.

A statement from the former president's campaign confirmed that he is in stable condition and undergoing medical evaluations.
Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer said, "I am horrified by what happened at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania and relieved that former president Trump is safe. Political violence has no place in our country".
