Iran unleashed a barrage of roughly 25 missiles on Israel Thursday morning at around 7 a.m., as the war with the Islamic terrorist regime arpproached its 7-day milestone, injuring dozens.

This was most significant attack in the last 48 hours and just hours after a missile volley from Iran targeted the country overnight.

The strikes directly hit Soroka Hospital in Beersheba, alongside residential and commercial areas in Holon and Ramat Gan, leaving widespread destruction and dozens of casualties. Several interception fragments were noted in northern Israel as well as in Samaria, and Tel Aviv.

The Iranian assault injured 56 people across multiple locations with at least six sustaining severe injuries. In Holon, 10 individuals were wounded – three with severe injuries, one with moderate wounds, and seven with minor injuries.

Ramat Gan reported 23 lightly injured residents, while in Tel Aviv, one person was evacuated with minor injuries after a fire ignited at an impact site. Magen David Adom (MDA) teams treated 22 people with light injuries across the affected areas, alongside the critically and moderately injured in Holon and individuals trapped in an elevator in Beersheba. Several others received care for acute anxiety.

Soroka Hospital in Beersheba endured a severe direct hit, with extensive damage reported across the medical complex. The hospital's spokesperson confirmed that the strike damaged the exterior of the Soroka Emergency Department and other critical areas. During the explosion, several individuals were trapped in an elevator and required immediate rescue. Hospital officials requested that the public refrain from visiting, stating, "We are currently evaluating the full extent of the damage and injuries." The Ministry of Health emphasized its preparedness for such incidents, including contingency plans for transferring patients to alternative facilities. Beersheba's municipal emergency teams were on-site, coordinating with security and rescue forces.

In Holon, a residential building was struck directly, injuring 10 people – two critically, one moderately, and seven lightly. Emergency responders were searching the structure for additional trapped individuals. A designated assembly point was established on a nearby street to track residents evacuating surrounding buildings. Rescue helicopters were deployed to expedite the evacuation of the injured.

A direct hit in Ramat Gan hit the main artery of Jabotinsky Street, damaging a three-to-four-story building and an adjacent high-rise. Nearby towers and homes also sustained significant harm. Sixteen residents suffered light injuries and were treated by MDA personnel on-site.
Police documented missile debris in three key areas within the Tel Aviv District. In Tel Aviv, a suspected direct hit sparked a fire in Jaffa, with one person evacuated in minor condition. Extensive property damage was reported across these zones. Several fires broke out in central Israel due to missile strikes and interception fragments. In Samaria, debris landed in Ariel and Sha'ar Hashomron, and a fire erupted near Ma'ale Efraim, likely from an interception or missile remnant.

Sirens blared across numerous regions, including Jerusalem, Gush Dan, Sharon, Lachish, Shfela, Yarkon, Shfelat Yehuda, Samaria, Western Lachish, Central Negev, Southern Negev, Judea, Western Negev, Dead Sea, Haifa Bay, Upper Galilee, Confrontation Line, Menashe, Valleys, Central Galilee, Wadi Ara, Carmel, Lower Galilee, and Jordan Valley.
The missile barrage forced a rescue flight from Larnaca that was supposed to repatriate stranded Israelis to abort its mission and return. After a comprehensive assessment, the IDF Home Front Command permitted residents in several regions to exit protected spaces.
