After Hamas transmitted revisions to the ceasefire agreement proposal, the Prime Minister's Office declared that "the modifications Hamas requests to the Qatari proposal were provided to us Saturday night and remain unacceptable to Israel," announcing that an Israeli delegation would travel to Doha for discussions Sunday.

The team heading to Doha on Sunday consists of Hostage and Missing Persons Coordinator Gal Hirsch, a Shin Bet representative, Dr. Ofir Falk, a Mossad official, and operational staff from the IDF, Mossad, and Shin Bet.

As the negotiation team prepared to depart Sunday for Doha, families of hostages released a pointed statement to the prime minister declaring, "Families of the hostages and kidnapped individuals received notification of the decision to dispatch an Israeli delegation to Doha discussions, and endorse this decision. This represents an essential step that must culminate in securing a comprehensive accord guaranteeing the final hostage's return within defined timelines."

The statement continued, "Families insist on receiving explicit and transparent briefings from hostage authorities and official entities regarding which conditions Israel categorizes as 'unacceptable.' Furthermore, families require the negotiation team to establish a framework accelerating timelines to guarantee comprehensive agreement completion this week, plus assurance that the proposed deal addresses everyone's return – without exclusions. Hostages cannot afford to wait another single day."

"We demand a ceasefire in exchange for all the hostages in one phase."

The Prime Minister's Office further commented on Hamas' requirements: "After conducting a situation review, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu directed acceptance of the proximity talks invitation and continuation of efforts to recover our hostages according to the Qatari framework Israel endorsed."
