Advocacy activist Yosef Haddad was detained for investigation on Wednesday on suspicion of firing a shot during a road dispute in Yafo. According to reports, he became involved in a road altercation with another person, both drivers exited their vehicles, and at the final stage, a gunshot was heard. Police were called to the scene and detained both parties involved at the police station to verify whether the shooting actually occurred.
Police stated, "A short time ago, a report was received about a fight incident between drivers on a road in Yafo, during which gunfire was also reported, with no casualties. Yafo precinct officers who responded immediately to the location detained two individuals at the police station, including one suspect possessing a legally registered handgun. An investigation has been initiated to determine the incident's circumstances."
