Two dramatic elections, two democracies grappling with political upheaval and shared security challenges, and one conversation about the future of US-Israel relations. On Nov. 11, the Israel Hayom Summit in New York will host a special live recording of the internationally popular podcast Call Me Back, featuring Channel 12 News and Israel Hayom senior political analyst Amit Segal and the podcast's host, American author and political commentator Dan Senor.
The recording will take place at an extraordinary political moment, just two weeks after Israel's elections and one week after the US midterm elections. As both countries seek to make sense of the results and their implications for the years to come, Segal and Senor will examine the new political landscape, the future of the strategic alliance between the two countries and the shared challenges facing Jerusalem and Washington.
Hosted by Senor, Call Me Back is one of the leading podcasts covering Israel, world Jewry and US-Israel relations. Through in-depth conversations with prominent figures in politics, national security, business and society, the podcast explores the challenges and dilemmas facing Israelis and Jews around the world.
"We'll discuss two democracies emerging from elections that have thrown them into turmoil, and one common enemy that doesn't hold elections and isn't patiently waiting for us to get our act together," Segal said.

Confronting the Iranian threat
At the heart of the discussion will be how political changes in both countries could affect their ability to confront the Iranian threat, navigate shifts in the Middle East and combat rising antisemitism around the world. The two commentators will also examine the future of relations between Israel and American Jewry, as well as the challenges facing the next generation of the US-Israel alliance.
The live recording is expected to be one of the highlights of the Israel Hayom Summit in New York, which returns for its second year following the success of last year's inaugural event.
The summit will take place Nov. 11 at the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel, bringing together current and former senior US administration officials, senior Israeli officials, security experts, Jewish leaders, business executives and influential figures from both countries.
Throughout the summit, interviews, panel discussions and in-depth conversations will address the future of US-Israel relations, security challenges in the Middle East, the economy and technology, the fight against antisemitism and the future of the Jewish people.
