"Well, if you believe that too many people are being killed, maybe you should provide less arms in order to prevent so many people being killed," Borrell tells reporters after a meeting of EU development aid ministers in Brussels.
The measures impose strict financial and travel restrictions on the four individuals.
National Security Minister Ben-Gvir says the step "crosses a red line," while Communications Minister Karhi calls it "scandalous."

It shows that if Nir Barkat were to become chairman the party would likely get 19 seats – the same as what Netanyahu would bring under that poll. If former Mossad chief Yossi Cohen becomes Likud leader, the party will strengthen and get 22 seats.

Under the program showcased at the event, several settlements would be established in the Gaza Strip: Yishai "will be built on the outskirts of the devastated town of Beit Hanoun,” Maoz on the southern Gaza coast, and the “Gates of Gaza” on "the destroyed city of Khan Younis."
