Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Mohammad Eslami says that while Iran has the technical capability to produce such a weapon, the matter is "not on the agenda."

A man carrying a loaded weapon was arrested outside Masih Alinejad's Brooklyn home on Thursday.

According to opposition website Iran International, several advanced IR-6 centrifuges have already been installed at the secretive site, and the regime can "turn Iran's nuclear program into nuclear weapons program in the blink of an eye."

The statement from the Iranian intelligence ministry says the suspect was in touch with several other figures in Iran, and has visited Israel. This is the second Swedish citizen Iran has arrested in recent months.

"The arrested five members of this spy network were given various pledges from [Israel's] Mossad, including financial promises, to gather information from important areas across the country," according to Iranian authorities.

The Intelligence Ministry "has the duty to fight against terrorism, the Zionist regime, and the acts of sabotage against Iran," Minister Esmaeil Khatib tells Tehran's parliament.

Claims that Iranian income from oil and condensates exports increased 580% in Q2 2022 come as country's inflation exceeds 50%.
