Report: Israel cut off from US-Iran negotiations

According to Israeli security officials who spoke to The New York Times, Israel has been forced to rely on intelligence to keep up with what is happening behind closed doors. The newspaper said Israel’s exclusion stemmed from US President Donald Trump’s disappointment after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised that the war would lead to the fall of the Iranian regime. In Israel, officials fear that if an agreement is reached with Iran, it will resemble the deal the US withdrew from during Trump’s first term.
