In 'historic' nuclear upgrade, Russia set to deploy Sarmat ICBMs by fall
The RS-28 Sarmat, sometimes colloquially known in the West as the "Satan II", is a Russian liquid-fueled, MIRV-equipped super-heavy intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying 10 or more nuclear warheads and decoys, as well as of striking targets thousands of miles away in the United States or Europe.
