US sanctions ICC prosecutor who issued arrest warrant against Netanyahu

Less than three months after issuing arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, the United States has imposed sanctions on Karim Khan, the chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. The sanctions were announced by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
