Israel's second lockdown and the limitations to business activity are seeing Israelis spending less, Shva-Automate Bank Services Ltd. reported this week.
Cash withdrawals via credit cards in September dropped 7.8% compared to September 2019.

September also saw a 0.7% year-on-year drop in total credit card purchases. While there was a 10% jump in online credit card purchases, physical swipes fell by some 12.5%.
