Residents of Ness Ziona are being warned about a water scam that targets unsuspecting customers of its Mei Ziona water company.

In a message distributed on social media this week, Mei Ziona reported a number of recent cases of people purporting to work for Mei Ziona who have offered to sell customers water filters.
"These are people who have no ties to Ness Ziona's water company. The company does not install filters, and is not asking residents to install them! In addition, all Mei Ziona workers wear ID tags and never ask customers to pay them directly," Mei Ziona warned city residents.
