Netanyahu welcomed Al Khajah warmly, congratulating him on his arrival to Israel.
"We are changing the Middle East, we are changing the world," Netanyahu said.
Netanyahu and Al Khajah discussed prospects for a variety of bilateral and regional projects.
National Security Council head Meir Ben-Shabbat and other key senior officials attended the meeting, which a statement from the Prime Minister's Office described as "warm and friendly."
Al Khajah arrived in Israel for a three-day visit on Monday. The focus of the visit was to locate a site for the UAE Embassy and present his diplomatic credentials to President Reuven Rivlin at a ceremony in Jerusalem, where he hailed the US-brokered Abraham Accords.
"The Abraham Accords will remain a beacon of light and hope in human history, for all of the peace-loving people," Al Khajah said.
