The Lebanese Army claims to have fired a surface-to-air missile at an Israeli drone Monday night, saying that it breached the country's airspace, the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar TV reported.

The report said that the military UAV was flying near the town of Meiss el-Jabal, near the Israel-Lebanon border, west to the Galilee Panhandle. It further cited witnesses as reporting seeing flares fired by Israeli forces.
At around 3:30 pm on Monday, Hezbollah said another Israeli drone had invaded Lebanese airspace. The "appropriate weapons forced the UAV back into Israeli territory," the Shiite terrorist group alleged.
The IDF did not comment on the report.
