IKEA announced Tuesday that it was recalling plates, bowls and cups from its popular HEROISK and TALRIKA series, due to fears of the product breaking in the event it comes in contact with hot dishes.

The HEROISK series includes the following products: bowls carrying the catalog number 40414140, cups numbered 30426860, small plates numbered 00421411 and plates numbered 80414143.
For the TALRIKA series, the recall was issued for products cataloged as SKU 90417481, SKU 10417480, and SKU 30417479.
A statement by IKEA said, "Customers who have purchased these products are asked to stop using them and return them to one of the IKEA stores in Netanya, Rishon Lezion, Kiryat Ata, Beersheba, or and Eshtaol. Customers will be able to exchange them for a similar product or receive a full refund. No proof of purchase is required."
