Several countries are expected to participate in the military exercises, including the United States, according to Walla News.
The IDF, however, declined to comment on the development, saying only that the military is cooperating "with various countries and foreign armies for exercises," including "meetings with senior officials, research and other developments."
The landing of the Moroccan military plane was spotted Sunday morning on a real-time flight monitoring website.
It is not known for the moment the number of soldiers and the composition of the crew who were on board.
Israel and Morocco restored diplomatic relations on Dec. 10, 2020, as part of a trilateral agreement involving the United States, which at the same time recognized Rabat's sovereignty over Western Sahara.
