Documents and photographs show that Israeli defense companies have supplied advanced weapons systems to Qatar and Saudi Arabia over the years, even though Israel has no official diplomatic relations with the two countries, according to a Haaretz report.
According to the report, the systems supplied to Qatar included Elbit Systems' C-MUSIC aerial defense system, which is designed to protect aircraft from shoulder-fired missiles. The report also said that three aircraft belonging to the Qatari royal family were fitted with the system, and that Israeli companies were also involved in the Qatari air force's F-15 project through subcontracting agreements with Boeing. As part of that project, the report said, advanced flight helmets, night-vision goggles and other components were supplied.

The report also said Saudi Arabia received equipment that included Israeli-made components as part of its F-15 project. According to Haaretz, Israeli companies took part in supplying flight helmets, night-vision goggles and other systems through Boeing-led international projects, generating tens and even hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for them.
According to the report, the deals were carried out through contracts with US defense manufacturers and as part of international projects, rather than as part of official, direct security ties between Israel and Qatar or Saudi Arabia.
