Final act: murder: A group of students at Anata boys' high school in east Jerusalem have put on an end-of-the-year school play that portrays an execution of Otzma Yehudit leader MK Itamar Ben-Gvir, and uploaded footage of it online.

The video, which appeared on TikTok, was first reported by Channel 13 News.

The Education Ministry, when approached about the "terrorism education" at the school in question, stressed that the school was under the full responsibility of the Palestinian Authority and that Israel's Education Ministry had no prerogative there.

However, the ministry said it was unfortunate that a school was teaching its students incitement, hatred, and terrorism rather than providing genuine education.

"The ministry will hand the materials over to the relevant authorities," a statement promised.

Ben-Gvir called the play "A new height in incitement against me."

"This is what an end-of-the-year play looks like in east Jerusalem – students 'execute' me, to the rejoicing of teachers and students. We must not remain silent about the wild incitement in this school. It starts with incitement, and could end in murder.

"Those who incite and support terrorism must be brought to justice. I expect the police to take action and arrest the inciters," Ben-Gvir wrote in a Twitter message.
