Two Palestinian terrorists were killed early Sunday during an IDF counter-terrorism raid near the West Bank city of Tulkarem.

The two were killed by gunshots to the head during the operation in the Nur Shams refugee camp in Tulkarm.
An IDF soldier was wounded by shrapnel and hospitalized in moderate condition.

The incident comes a day after riots along the border Gaza Strip border fence in which Palestinians burned tires and hurled firebombs and launched several incendiary balloons into Israeli territory, and fired at Israeli troops.
In retaliation, the IDF carried out a strike targeting a Hamas post in the coastal enclave later on Saturday. A drone "struck a military post belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization, adjacent to the area where a violent riot was taking place", the military said.
