KKL-JNF has budgeted 20 million shekels in emergency assistance to Israeli residents of the south.

KKL-JNF's board of directors decided Wednesday night to provide the Gaza periphery communities with emergency assistance of nine million shekels, including immediate support for security needs and the rehabilitation of the security and infrastructure of the communities. The emergency assistance will include, among other things, mobile shelters, generators, equipment for the communities' emergency response teams, emergency perishable equipment, computing aids, and equipment for tanks of emergency response teams in communities located up to four kilometers from the border.
Additionally, KKL-JNF has launched a fundraising campaign in collaboration with global JNF organizations to gather donations for vital needs to strengthen the periphery in the south. It will also assist in acquiring 10 ambulances totaling approximately 10 million NIS."
KKL-JNF has already begun assisting in the transfer of thousands of residents from the south to accommodation centers in central Israel.
