Israel and the terror group are said to be considering a three-part deal that would see the release of Israeli hostages beginning with a six-week ceasefire.

During the first phase, according to a draft deal seen by the WSJ, the IDF would pause all military operations in the strip, including drone surveillance while Hamas prepares to release the hostages.
Locals, in turn, would be free to move around Gaza and will have access to aid.
