The Cybertech Global 2024 conference, one of the largest cyber events in the world, kicked off this week at the Tel Aviv Expo in Israel.
The three-day event is expected to host a large international crowd, with representatives from over 60 countries in attendance. Hundreds of prominent speakers across various cyber domains are scheduled, including leaders from major companies, investors, researchers, and opinion leaders.
In a symbolic gesture to honor the Israeli hostages currently held in Gaza, organizers have set up a special display of 133 empty yellow chairs, hoping and praying for their swift return.
Among the high-profile speakers taking the stage are Israeli President Isaac Herzog, Head of the Israeli Cyber Directorate Gabi Portnoy, and Chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries Amir Peretz. Other keynote speakers include Check Point Software CEO Gil Shwed, Team8 Co-Founder and former IDF Unit 8200 Commander Nadav Zafrir, and IAI-ELTA Cyber Division GM Esti Peshin.
Leaders from cybersecurity giants like CyberArk, Cisco, FireEye, and Imperva are also represented, along with top investors from prominent VC funds and banks. Exhibition Highlights
