LIVEBLOG: 2nd volley on Haifa in as many hours; 3 Lebanese soldiers die

Latest barrage comes shortly after 70 projectiles have been launched from Lebanon. Some half an hour later, Safed targeted by rockets as well, causing fire in a nearby forest.

Day 380 of the war: The IDF has reportedly eliminated a high-ranking Hezbollah commander in Lebanon and conducted airstrikes in Beirut. Massive barrages target northern Israel, including Haifa and Nahariya. Meanwhile, discussions between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and UK Labour leader Keir Starmer center on humanitarian aid and potential diplomatic solutions to end the war.

3:41 p.m.: Sirens in Haifa and surrounding areas amid massive volley, second in as many hours

3:15 p.m.: IDF forces arrested four suspects armed with 'M16' type weapons and a magazine in the Nabi Musa area in the Jordan Valley and Valleys Brigade, shortly after reports of suspicious behavior were received.

02:20 p.m.: Sky News: US envoy Amos Hochstein will arrive in Beirut tomorrow.

01:57 p.m.: Rocket alerts in Kfar Giladi.

01:50 p.m.: Eight firefighting teams were dispatched to extinguish several fires in open areas on the slopes of Safed towards Amiad and in the Rosh Pina area following rocket impacts in the region.

01:14 p.m.: Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi met with Syrian President Bashar Assad in Damascus today. Safadi conveyed a message from Jordan's King Abdullah regarding "efforts to resolve the Syrian crisis and address all its implications" as well as other bilateral issues.

01:11 p.m.: The pro-Qatari newspaper Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed reported that Egypt is preparing for a visit by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken next Wednesday. According to the report, Blinken will arrive in Cairo after visiting Tel Aviv as part of a regional tour. The newspaper learned that he will discuss several points of disagreement between Egypt and Israel, especially regarding the border between the Gaza Strip and northern Sinai.

11:35 a.m.: Rocket alerts in Acre, Nahariya, and surrounding areas: Approximately 70 launches were identified crossing from Lebanese territory. Some were intercepted by the Air Force, while several impacts were detected in the area.

11:10 a.m.: Rocket alerts sound in Nahariya, Acre, and surrounding areas.

10:52 a.m.: The Jordanian Foreign Ministry issued a condemnation of Israel following the strike in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.

10:29 a.m.: An interceptor fragment fell on the roof of a building on HaTamar Street in Haifa. The building sustained damage. There were no injuries in the incident.

10:21 a.m.: The Israel Defense Forces struck a Hezbollah intelligence headquarters and an underground weapons facility in Beirut, eliminating three key operatives of the terror organization.

10:09 a.m.: Rocket alerts sounded in the Galilee, Haifa, and surrounding areas. Three interceptions were confirmed, with one successful and two falling in open areas.

10:01 a.m.: Lebanese media report an attack in the Haret Hreik neighborhood of Beirut's southern Dahieh district.

9:43 a.m.: Rocket alerts activated in Haifa, the Krayot suburbs, and nearby areas.

8:13 a.m.: A rocket alert sounded in Misgav Am in the Upper Galilee region.

7:22 a.m.: The Israeli Air Force intercepted a suspicious aerial target off the coast of Haifa. No alerts were triggered.
