Israel Hayom is a media organization founded on the belief that the Israeli public deserves better journalism—more balanced, more accurate, and more reliable. The first print edition was published on July 30, 2007, and in 2010 Israel Hayom became the Israeli newspaper with the highest weekday readership. The newspaper’s publisher is Dr. Miriam Adelson. Its Editor-in-Chief is Omar Lachmanovitch, and its founding editor is Amos Regev. Israel Hayom’s Hebrew and English websites, as well as its Android and iOS applications, provide around-the-clock news coverage, exclusive content, breaking news and updates, analysis and commentary, video, podcasts, and live broadcasts. The digital platforms of Israel Hayom include news and opinion channels covering culture and entertainment, lifestyle, technology, sports, business and consumer affairs, health, military affairs, food, Judaism, tourism, and automobiles. In 2021, a new Hebrew-language website and mobile application were launched to provide users with a fast, up-to-date, secure, and convenient experience. The content of the newspaper’s print edition is also available online through a daily digital edition and can be received via newsletter. “The Israel Hayom Clique,” the publication’s exclusive benefits club, offers website users discounts and special promotions on products and services. Day 402: Multiple incidents occurred across the region, including reportedly US-British strikes on Houthi targets in Yemen, strikes in Gaza, and a series of attacks near the Lebanon-Israel border involving Hezbollah forces.

4:40 p.m.: Sirens in Safed and upper Galilee.

4:37 p.m.: MDA Senior Paramedic Liat Mizrachi recounted: "As I approached one of the scenes, civilians signaled me to stop. We encountered a 52-year-old man in moderate condition who was on his way to the shelter and was hit by shrapnel. He was conscious and suffering from an injury to his back. We provided medical treatment, including stopping bleeding and bandaging. We evacuated him in a MDA intensive care ambulance to the hospital." They also aided a 17-year-old boy with a hand injury from glass shards and a 55-year-old who got hurt while heading to the shelter.

4:19 p.m.: Fire and Rescue Service update: Currently, there are multiple impact sites in the Krayot area. In Kiryat Ata, there was a direct hit to a building and vehicles, and four firefighting teams were operating at the scene. In Kiryat Bialik, there are two hits in different buildings. Firefighters are searching the scenes for injured and trapped people. In Kiryat Yam, a residential building was hit. In Kiryat Motzkin, there are two hits in different buildings.

2:58 p.m.: Defense Minister Katz to meet today for the first time as defense minister with families of hostages.

2:00 p.m.: Fighting in Rafah continues: Nahal forces conducted searches near a mosque and hospital and located weapons storage facilities containing ammunition stockpiles. Among the equipment found were drones, explosive devices, and dozens of mortar shells. Additionally, Nahal forces attacked dozens of terror infrastructure, armed terrorist cells, anti-tank positions, weapons storage, and underground infrastructure.

1:50 p.m.: The Arab-Islamic Summit in Riyadh began: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke out against Israel, saying his country again emphasizes its opposition to attacks in Gaza. He added that they oppose "reducing the PA's role and violations of Lebanon's sovereignty. The kingdom refuses to interfere with the work of humanitarian agencies in Gaza. Palestine is qualified to be a full member of the UN." Bin Salman also emphasized that Saudi Arabia rejects the attacks on Iranian territory.

12:52 p.m.: Direct hit on a residential building in Karmiel. Karmiel Mayor Moshe Koninski, city emergency teams, and Home Front Command are at the scene.

12:45 p.m.: Three people injured by shrapnel, including a 27-year-old woman in moderate condition, a 35-year-old man and a one-year-old toddler. They are being evacuated to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.

12:30 p.m.: Magen David Adom: A 40-year-old woman was injured by shrapnel.

12:14 p.m.: Reports of a Humanitarian aid convoy was attacked near Homs on its way to Lebanon. The attack was carried out near the town of Shamsin, south of Homs city, near a large Syrian army base and not far from the Lebanese border. Syrian opposition reported that a Hezbollah ammunition warehouse was attacked.

12:07 p.m.: Barage in center and upper Galilee.

11:25 a.m.: Hezbollah spokesman Mohammed Afif said today: "Our relationship with the Lebanese army is solid and we appreciate its role in defending the land and national security. We say to those who fought the army and killed its officers – you will not succeed in separating the army from the resistance (Hezbollah)."

11:11 a.m.: Arab reports: Israel eliminated a Hezbollah commander named Ali Adel Ashmar. According to reports, Adel was a military advisor to the Houthis in Yemen and participated in the war in the country.

Talks from Yemen indicated that the IDF recently eliminated senior Hezbollah figure Ali Adel Ashmar in Lebanon. Ashmar was a top advisor to the Houthis and had a significant influence on Yemen's civil war over the past decade.

 10:11 a.m.: Against international pressure, IDF announces expansion of humanitarian zone in Gaza. The expanded humanitarian zone includes field hospitals established since the war began, tent complexes, shelter equipment, and supplies of food, water, medicines, and medical equipment brought in coordination with the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) to the international community.

9:39 a.m.: Hezbollah drone crashed near Liman village in Western Galilee. IDF Spokesman: Alerts were activated according to policy, and firefighting forces are currently working to extinguish the fire that broke out in the area.

5:55 a.m.: Sirens ring out in Hebron and Beit Shemesh.

4:50 a.m.: The Al Masra channel affiliated with the Houthis reports tonight on US-British strikes in the Amran and Saada provinces.

2:27 a.m.: Reports of strikes in Jabalia in Gaza.
