Israel Hayom is a media organization founded on the belief that the Israeli public deserves better journalism—more balanced, more accurate, and more reliable. Journalism that speaks rather than shouts. Journalism that is trustworthy, objective, and matter-of-fact. A different kind of journalism, offered free of charge. The first print edition was published on July 30, 2007, and in 2010 Israel Hayom became the Israeli newspaper with the highest weekday readership. The newspaper’s publisher is Dr. Miriam Adelson. Its Editor-in-Chief is Omar Lachmanovitch, and its founding editor is Amos Regev. Israel Hayom’s Hebrew and English websites, as well as its Android and iOS applications, provide around-the-clock news coverage, exclusive content, breaking news and updates, analysis and commentary, video, podcasts, and live broadcasts. The digital platforms of Israel Hayom include news and opinion channels covering culture and entertainment, lifestyle, technology, sports, business and consumer affairs, health, military affairs, food, Judaism, tourism, and automobiles. In 2021, a new Hebrew-language website and mobile application were launched to provide users with a fast, up-to-date, secure, and convenient experience. The content of the newspaper’s print edition is also available online through a daily digital edition and can be received via newsletter. “The Israel Hayom Clique,” the publication’s exclusive benefits club, offers website users discounts and special promotions on products and services. Israel Hayom welcomes feedback, criticism, and suggestions for improvement from its readers. You can contact the organization by email at hayom@israelhayom.co.il

Are you all in relentless pursuit of the ideal physique? Like in any competition, you're all stunning – your sweat worth its weight in gold. But according to artificial intelligence, only one can claim the coveted title of having "the perfect body."

Introducing the lucky winner: Karol Rosalin, a 25-year-old Brazilian fitness influencer with 981,000 Instagram followers. She's been crowned as possessing the "perfect female body" based on an AI analysis evaluating parameters like health, strength, symmetry, and aesthetic harmony. Rosalin, who earned a "flawless 10" score, garnered widespread attention, including a feature in Australian Playboy magazine that described her physique as "ideal in the fitness world."

Curious how to achieve such "perfection"? Rosalin says it takes a combination of factors, including a rigorous regimen of strength training, aerobics classes, and a balanced diet. Her fitness journey began eight years ago; she now trains with weights five days a week and does aerobic workouts twice weekly. Nutritionally, her menu abounds with fruits, veggies, oatmeal, and lean proteins. She shares favorite recipes like baked sweet potato chips and vegetable frittatas with her legions of Instagram fans. A typical breakfast includes two scrambled eggs, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oatmeal, cinnamon, and coffee.

Rosalin's recognition as a fitness icon highlights the allure and challenges of chasing perfection in a world sometimes defined by subjective ideals. While her lifestyle inspires many hoping to emulate her results, experts remind us that health and happiness come from routines tailored to individual goals and needs, not conforming to a universal standard of beauty.

Despite the buzz around Rosalin's figure, fitness pros caution that her exact regimen isn't for everyone. "Many body types can be 'perfect,'" said Ben Lucas, ex-NRL player and fitness studio owner. He emphasized how genetics and lifestyle impact body composition, noting "perfection" is inherently subjective.

Lucas, who's trained celebs like Aussie singer Erin Holland and Elton John, recommends strength and resistance training to boost metabolism, sculpt muscles, and torch fat. He suggests two to three weekly strength sessions, daily activities like brisk walks, swimming, or tennis, and a diet rich in fruits, veggies, nuts, and lean proteins. "Ultimately, it's about personalizing what works best for you," Lucas explains. "Everyone has unique preferences and body types, so focus on what suits you."
