Wounds were sustained by two individuals, the dispatchers stated, which aligns with police accounts indicating both Sanchez and a 69-year-old delivery driver were injured, reports TMZ. Sanchez has not yet offered his statement regarding the events, authorities confirmed.

Newly acquired 911 dispatch audio, initially secured by TMZ, indicates an immense police response to the savage occurrence that ended in the stabbing and subsequent detention of Mark Sanchez, the former Jets quarterback, outside an Indianapolis establishment.

As they searched for evidence and suspects, officers were recorded instructing a complete lockdown of Loughmiller's Pub & Eatery "like a crime scene."

Wounds were sustained by two individuals, the dispatchers stated, which aligns with police accounts indicating both Sanchez and a 69-year-old delivery driver were injured, reports TMZ. Sanchez has not yet offered his statement regarding the events, authorities confirmed.

Responders on the dispatch audio also had discussions about the potential for operational security cameras within the alley where the struggle began shortly after midnight. Following surgical treatment, Sanchez remains hospitalized in stable condition, but he faces misdemeanor charges including public intoxication and battery, as of Saturday evening.

The 911 dispatch audio captures police coordinating their Friday response to the incident, which occurred just past midnight near the 300 block of Washington Street. Officers received instruction from dispatchers to secure a nearby bar, treat the location as a crime scene, and establish a "Washington Street Command." The securing of the perimeter was emphasized by dispatchers, who also noted the presence of security cameras in the alley, reports TMZ. Sanchez, the former National Football League star and current Fox Sports analyst, was arrested and charged after receiving a stab wound to the chest during a downtown Indianapolis confrontation outside Loughmiller's Pub & Eatery.

The conflict allegedly started when the former athlete confronted a 69-year-old food delivery driver. That driver told investigators he acted in self-defense after Sanchez used pepper spray. Police reported that both men were wounded, and Sanchez was stable at a hospital after surgery. Sanchez faces misdemeanors, including battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication. Surveillance footage is being reviewed by authorities as the probe continues, while colleagues and former teammates offered support, according to TMZ.
