Palestinian media outlets report that terrorist Saher Saqr, who drove the motorcycle on which Noa Argamani was kidnapped on the morning of October 7, was eliminated Saturday in an airstrike in the Nuseirat camp near the al-Nouri tower. Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that another person was injured in the strike. The IDF has yet to officially acknowledge it carried out this operation.

Argamani was kidnapped along with her former partner Avinatan Or from the party in Re'im (a nature party targeted on October 7), and the footage of her being kidnapped to Gaza on a motorcycle and trying to reach out to her partner Avinatan Or was broadcast incessantly and burned into memory as one of the most symbolic images of the massacre.
She was rescued in June 2024 in Operation Arnon, a joint rescue mission of the Yamam (the national counter-terrorism unit), the Shin Bet (the Israel Security Agency) and the IDF (the Israel Defense Forces) along with hostages Shlomi Ziv, Almog Meir Jan and Andrey Kozlov. She told her family members, "Four times I saw death in front of my eyes. One time a missile entered the house and then there was an explosion. I was sure I was dead."

For eight months the family of Argamani, whose kidnapping on the motorcycle became a symbol, fought for her to return.
About a year ago the IDF and the Shin Bet revealed that following an intelligence deciphering, terrorist Ahmed Ibrahim Rajab Shaer, who was among those responsible for the kidnapping of Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or from the Nova festival, was eliminated.
