The professor shared the image on Monday, adding the caption, "A pig without borders." The post elicited a torrent of angry responses from users online.
One user said this was tantamount to incitement. "This should be handled by police; it is a shame that a citizen in Israel uses such depictions of the prime minister."

In response to the criticism, Grof told Israel Hayom, "This is not my work of art. It was created by the artist Yotam Navin, who copied it from a Chinese sculpture. I don't want to discuss this."
When pressed on why he shared it, he responded: "I teach creative thinking. I don't think it is incitement."
Sapir Academic College issued the following statement: "The professor shared this post as a reflection of his thoughts only. The college does not meddle in people's private activities and statements, and in this case, the publication was carried out beyond the premises of the college and does not represent it.
