Four year-old Muhammad Khalil from Fureidis, in the Haifa district, was pronounced dead Monday after being left in a car in the scorching heat for an extended period of time.
A passerby noticed the boy and pulled him out of the car, alerting Magen David Adom emergency services. Paramedics who arrived at the scene found Khalil unconscious and rushed him to the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, where doctors had no choice but to pronounce him dead.
