Avishay Ben Haim, a prominent journalist with Channel 13 News, was accosted Monday by anti-government protesters demonstrating outside the Prime Minister's Residence in Jerusalem.
Footage of the incident shows protesters yelling at him, "You're dead!" and "We'll be dragging your body with tractors."
The incident was widely condemned by officials from across the political spectrum. President Reuven Rivlin tweeted, "We cannot abide such conduct. I call on the Left and the Right – tone down the rhetoric. Stop the hatred."
