The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange is in talks with the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on potential cooperation, financial daily Globes reported Monday, noting that the talks are at a very preliminary stage.
The two bourses are said to be discussing the "formulation of a framework for dual listing on the two exchanges, relaxations of company requirements for the purposes of dual listing, and offering incentives to encourage investors to trade on te two exchanges, development of technological infrastructures, and development of new financial products," the report said.
