After the Health Ministry opposed the reopening of IKEA's Israel retail stores, the company has launched curbside pickup service, which it is calling "Click & Collect." Customers order online and pick up their orders outside the stores.
"Out of a desire to offer customers the best, most efficient, and quickest services, we are offering Click & Collect orders," the company said.

IKEA customers in Israel can already order from the home furnishings giant via the Shefa Online site, which offers delivery.
IKEA said it was also attempting to secure recognition as a retailer that sells necessary home products, which would allow it to remain open under the COVID public health restrictions.
