Galia Oz, daughter of world-renowned Israeli author Amos Oz, alleged Sunday that her father "serially abused" her physically and emotionally, until his death in 2018.

She detailed the alleged abuses in a new autobiography, Something Disguised as Love, which has shaken the public image of the Oz, considered one the country's greatest novelists.
In the book, Galia Oz describes her childhood as steeped in "terrorist behavior [by both parents] ... the threat of violence was always in the air."
