The Israeli and German defense ministries on Tuesday signed a G2G agreement for Israeli to supply Rafael Advanced Defense Systems' TROPHY tank defense system to the Germany army, making Germany the second country to purchase the system from Israel.

The deal includes protective armor from tanks, interceptors, spare parts, and professional guidance.
Defense Minister Benny Gantz said after the deal was announced that "Once again, we see the appreciation of defense organizations all over the world for Israel's innovation and technology. The fact that Germany, with which Israel has important ties, expresses faith in the system underscores the might of the Israeli defense industry."
