State revenue from natural resources in exceeded 1 billion shekels ($333 million) in 2020, the Energy Ministry said Monday.

The figures represent a 20% increase from 2019 and a 400% hike from 2012 – the first year Israel began profiting from royalties paid by the companies operating its offshore natural gas fields.
The ministry projected another increase in 2021, to NIS 1.15 billion ($348 million)
