A Palestinian woman was arrested on Monday after trying to stab a woman in a settlement in Binyamin. She was apprehended by the local residents and then handed over to the military. Her would-be victim was unharmed.

The incident took place mere hours after a Palestinian stabbed an Israeli soldier during a routine IDF counterterrorism operation in the Jordan Valley. The troops engaged and the assailant was neutralized. The soldier who was attack sustained minor lacerations.
