Israel's deficit dropped to an annualized 169.4 billion shekels, or 12.1% of the gross domestic product for the 12 months ending in March 2021, the Finance Ministry reported Sunday.

The deficit was pegged at NIS 174 billion for the 12 months to the end of February 2021.
Government revenues in March 2021 totaled NIS 35.6 billion and totaled NIS 98 billion in the first three months of the year, 19.8% up from the same period last year.
