The ambitious new development will see the introduction of Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts and Curio Collection by Hilton to the Israel market.
The 176-room LXR hotel, featuring 40 elegant guest suites with balconies overlooking the Mediterranean, will become the latest member of Hilton's collection of independent luxury hotels. Hilton's first Tel Aviv hotel under its Curio Collection by Hilton will be one of the largest in the region when it welcomes guests in 2026, with 401 rooms.
Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president, development, EMEA, Hilton said: "For more than half a century, Hilton has played a critical role in hosting both local and international visitors at our iconic Hilton Tel Aviv. During that time the city has become a thriving cosmopolitan destination, and we're pleased to be building on Hilton's legacy in Israel by introducing two extraordinary hotels on Tel Aviv's beachfront."
