Shai Avital, the owner of one of Israel's leading modeling agencies who represents some of the country's top models, has been accused of sexual harassment by multiple former clients and colleagues. The allegations, dating back to 2005, have sent shockwaves through the local industry.

Avital was investigated for similar allegations in 2005, but the case was closed due to lack of evidence in December 2009.
Channel 13 News reported that so far, three police complaints have been filed against Avital in recent days.
