IDF forces on a counterterrorism operation near Nablus on Monday night came under terrorist fire while pursuing a suspect.

The incident also saw dozens of Palestinians riot, while others hurled cinder blocks at the troops from rooftops. At one point, a terrorist was spotted about to drop a large object at a soldier under a roof. Another soldier opened fired and, according to Palestinian reports, killed the terrorist, later named as Imad Hashash, 16.
No injuries were reported among the Israeli troops, who were able to complete their mission and arrest the suspected terrorist.
