An earthquake was felt throughout Israel Tuesday morning in the wake of an earthquake near Greece. No injuries or damage were reported.

The Geological Institute pegged the quake at a 5.8 magnitude earthquake, saying the epicenter was about 600 kilometers (132 miles) from Haifa.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre said that the earthquake was also felt in Cyprus and in Cairo. The ESMC pegged it as a 6.4 magnitude quake.
