The Israeli military on Tuesday cordoned off roads near the Israel-Gaza border citing an undisclosed tangible threat. The roads were closed off for about two-and-a-half hours.

All residents of the Israeli communities near the border were told to take precautions in the case of any potential cross-border fire.
Five sites were affected by the move, all said to be in a direct line of sight from the Gaza Strip, thus making them vulnerable to anti-tank missile attacks and sniper fire.
