Entrepreneur Elon Musk took to Twitter to issue his challenge.
The SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO used Cyrillic letters to write "Vladimir Putin" and "Ukraine." Musk issued another tweet tagging Putin and asked, "Do you agree to this fight?"
While Putin has yet to respond, Dmitry Rogozin, head of Russian space agency Roscosmos, came to his president's defense. "You, little devil, are still young. Compete with me weakling; it would only be a waste of time. Overtake my brother first."
