The political upheaval of last week, by which Prime Minister Naftali Bennett's coalition lost another member thus becoming a minority government has led to increasing speculations about the possibility of early elections, and according to a poll held over the weekend, Likud would be in a position to form the next government.

According to a survey by Tel Aviv-based Radio 103FM, were elections held at this time, a Likud-led right-wing bloc would win 60 Knesset seats – a single mandate short of the required 61-MK majority to again rule the country – while the Center-Left bloc would secure only 53 seats.
The poll found that elections at this time would see Likud win 36 seats, followed by Yesh Atid, with 18 mandates.
The Religious Zionist Party would grow stronger, winning nine seats, followed by Sephardi ultra-Orthodox party Shas (8), Blue and White (8), Labor (8), Ashkenazi ultra-Orthodox party United Torah Judaism (7) and Joint Arab List (7), Yamina (6), and Yisrael Beytenu (5).
New Hope and Ra'am would manage to scrape by the electoral threshold winning four seats each. Meretz, however, would fail to secure the minimal 3.25% of the votes and would be expelled from parliament.
The 103FM survey was conducted by Menachem Lazar of Panels Politics. It comprised 508 Israelis aged 18 and over and has a maximum sampling error of 4.4%.
